LIFE SHINES on "Sugar Shack", a luxury condominium located in the charming beach town of Seagrove, where families have been making the pilgrimage to its soothing shores since the 1940s, and the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of those early pioneers still return to relax in some of the very same cinder-block cottages of their youth. Today, Seagrove Beach is a rewarding mix of old and new, from its eclectic laid-back beach retreats to its numerous restaurants. Seagrove Beach is located on historic 30A, which is a 20-mile scenic shore tucked quietly between Destin and Panama City Beach, Florida. Speckled with artsy villages, rare coastal dune lakes, upscale resorts, funky beach bars, world-class restaurants and 25,000 acres of protected habitats, Florida's Scenic Highway 30A is the birthplace of "New Urbanism" and is also home to the most beautiful beaches in the world. Seagrove Beach is just a short bike ride or walk to Seaside and a five minute ride to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Grayton Beach and Watercolor Beach.

SUGAR SHACK: Sugar Shack is not a typical rental property.  It is an amazingly large, 1,600 square foot, 2 bedroom + Queen Bed in the Loft and 3 bathrooms on the 4th (and top) floor of the Sugar Dunes complex, and is decorated with high end furnishings meant to be enjoyed and appreciated. It's not just a rental - it's a home away from home. Rather Sugar Shack is exquisitely decorated to appreciate the open layout and panoramic view of the ocean. Lounge in a grand room with twenty foot ceilings or take in the sights and sounds coming from the crystal clear water and sugar white sand from a 750 square foot covered, private deck. Walk down to the beach using a door and stairway which leads directly to the sand, or stay on the patio and enjoy the sunset with a cool glass of wine and fine cheese from one of the many nearby artisanal markets nearby.

Includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for rentals between Mid March to Mid August.

This condo is beautifully decorated, with all of the amenities, and is the epitome of relaxation!! My daughter and I came for a spring getaway and could not have been more pleased with Sugar Shack/ Sugar Dunes #20. The description of the property is spot on and we felt like the place was even better than the photos on the site! It is on the 3rd floor with elevator access on a beautiful private beach. There are 2 beach chairs and umbrella marked with your condo number that are set up each morning before 8 am and stay until the evening. Each morning we watched the dolphins from our private porch while we sipped on coffee and relaxed in the ocean breeze. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby. Anything at all you want to do is available. This is a quiet and very relaxing beach, but if you would like more activity Seaside is less than 10 minutes away. We only had one very minor issue that I only mention because they were so prompt in answering the phone and coming by to fix! We noticed the lock on the porch leading to the private beach from our porch was stuck, and that was corrected within the hour. It was no problem because you can access the beach other ways, but it was more convenient to use the porch. 2 brand new smart TV's were added during our stay as well. We hope to come back and stay sometime in the future! You are sure to have an amazing vacation in this home. THE BEST.
