All of our properties are NON-SMOKING properties.
We have a NO PET policy in all of our properties.
Per contracts with the Homeowners, we DO NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are prohibited. Furthermore, restriction may apply regarding the number of people that accompany a parent or legal guardian.
The Reservations Deposit collected from you is a Security deposit until you arrive, then becomes a damage deposit during your stay. Provided all is left in good order, we will refund the deposit back to you a few days after your departure.
CANCELLATIONS: Reservations Deposits will be refunded up to 60 days of arrival. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RENTAL PERIOD OR EARLY DEPARTURES FOR ANY REASON (INCLUDING WEATHER) DO NOT WARRANT ANY REFUND OF RENT OR DEPOSIT.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS: Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to arrival date to receive full refund less cancellation service charge, by date of 2nd installment to receive refund of 2nd and 3rd installments, less cancellation if already paid, and by date of 3rd installment to receive refund of 3rd installment, if already paid, less cancellation service charge. EARLY DEPARTURES FOR ANY REASON (INCLUDING WEATHER) DO NOT WARRANT ANY REFUND OF RENT OR DEPOSIT unless covered by Hurricane Policy.
***All refunds due to cancellation incur a cancellation service charge. The dollar amount of the cancellation service charges on short term rentals are property specific (min $50 - max $200). All 1 month or longer reservations incur a $500 cancellation service charge. If a cancellation is necessary, we will try to re-rent. Refund will then be determined based on the re-rental amount collected.
HURRICANE POLICY: No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service advises that we are in a “Hurricane Warning Area” and/ or
2. A "Hurricane Warning” has been issued for the area during the booked rental period.
If the National Weather Service advises that we are in a “Hurricane Warning Area” we will refund:
a. any unused portion of rent from a guest currently vacationing
b. any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the “Hurricane Warning Area” is lifted; and
c. any advance rents collected or deposit for a reservation scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. We do not provide travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to websites such as www.InsureMyTrip.com for details of various insurance companies and policy options.
PAYMENTS: BALANCE OF YOUR FULL RENTAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY THE DATE ON YOUR CONFIRMATION. Payments must be made by e-check, or major credit card. We do not accept American Express. Credit card charges do incur a convenience fee. If payment is not received before or on such date, we reserve the right to re-rent the unit. Late payments will also incur a 5% late fee.
We reserve the right, only if necessary, to change guests to another comparable unit/property at the same or reduced rate.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit and/or balance of rental payment.
Myer Properties, LLC serves as the agent and representative of all owners of condominium units, town homes and houses in its rental program and acts at all times in and for the best interests of the owners.
Units for Sale
In the event a property that you are renting is listed for sale, we may find the need to show the property during your visit. We will make every effort to schedule the showing at a convenient time so we do not disturb your vacation.
