Restaurants, shops and entertainment are just a few steps away. The beach access is just across the street.
As you walk into this lovely condo, there is a comfortable king bed in the bedroom with black-out curtains and flat screen TV. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and offers access from the bedroom and the hall. Next you will notice the quaint twin bunks built in to the hallway. And then, you will enter the brightly colored living area with cozy chair and inviting couch, large flat screen TV, dining table with 4 chairs and the updated, well stocked kitchen will be to the right. It has gorgeous granite counter tops, ample cabinet space, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker and more.
Don't forget about the wonderful balcony that overlooks the seasonally heated pool and hot tub! It's the perfect place to enjoy sunsets or your morning coffee and listen to the fountain in the adjacent lake.
Gulf Place is one of several quaint neighborhoods along 30A. There are several restaurants, including The Perfect Pig as well as Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and Grill, many shops and live entertainment. There is a large grassy area, a perfect place to let the kids run and play. The beach access for Gulf Place is just across the street.

I texted with a sweet lady (cant remember her name) who contacted me when we could get in early on check in day. Also, we had an air conditioner issue (got up to 78 inside) and she took care of getting maintenance to fix it quickly. We really appreciated her help. They were easy to work with and helped us during our stay. All communication before was easy to navigate and pay our fees.

Such a beautiful place and in a perfect location. We have stayed several times at Gulf Place and love that area. This was tastefully decorated and was perfect for us. The air conditioner had an issue but was fixed the same day. We really appreciated it. We would stay here again.

The location was great for Santa Rosa Beach! The unit was close to the elevators and stairwells which meant it didnt take long at all to get to the pool or the beach. It was very clean overall and quite comfortable.
